The widget this app provides for Apple Watch made me buy this app. I have to say it’s been an experience better than what I anticipated. The in-app nudges are motivating but not pesky and overbearing like the other apps do. You have the ability to set your own step goals. The app can also count elliptical workout steps so that’s a huge plus for anyone into cardio. Most importantly, unlike apple’s own activity tracker, this app understands there are rest days and allows you to slack off for a day - you have to turn it on in settings though. The only ask I have is that the app should be able to sync history going back to when the app was being used. I recently changed my phone and the app only synced 9 days of history, or so. I lost a 49 day streak because of this one feature.

Not much of graphics there., but it records each and every step., records each and every floor we climb without failing It maintains bar diagramatic representation to see our steps per day in that week We can keep daily goal count We can customise app icon colour I suggest every one who are of health conscientious to download it and keep atleast 5000 step goal to start with
